Strength & Conditioning Coach

With over 15 years of coaching experience, and now the Head Trainer and Manager at Maximus Studio, Louis has worked with a diverse range of clients and learnt the in's and outs when it comes to helping clients make real, sustainable changes to their physique, training and performance. ​

Ranked #4 in Hong Kong as an U18, he trained with the elite squad at the Hong Kong Sports Institute, played several junior International Tennis Federation tournaments around Asia, and went on to play college level tennis. 

With a BSc in Sports Science and countless coaching qualifications under his belt, Louis understand the demands the game requires on the body and has designed this program to help build up all aspects of your game. 

OUR NEW STUDIO

A 3,000 sq ft private personal training gym equipped with state-of-the-art Atlantis, Watson, and Eleiko machines and weights, all designed with one thing in mind: to help you achieve your performance goals. Located on the 13/F Pemberton building, 22-26 Bonham Strand, and minutes away from Sheung Wan MTR station exit A2, Maximus Studio is easily one of the most private and well-kept gyms in Hong Kong. This spacious gym is managed so that it’s never too crowded and you're never fighting for space and equipment.
